Jill’s story is remarkable--after a car accident left her with a concussion, she was only able to work for an hour at a time. This left her with a choice--give up, or systemize and delegate.
She shares her tips on the first steps to take to start to entrust others with your work. It can be scary, but you would be surprised, she says, at how a team-member could care more about your project that you do. She suggests making a list and highlighting the things that you really dread doing. From there, you can curate a position to help prevent being overwhelmed by tasks you don’t look forward to.
Jill goes on to fill us in on her own system to stay on top of tasks and scale businesses to their maximum efficiency through organization.
