Thanks for tuning into this quick update on the Instant Impact podcast. This year has already shaped up to be a year of bringing things to light. It’s a period of manifesting and realizing dreams and aspirations that may have been buried until now.
In the same way, Elyse will be doing some growing herself and will be taking the podcast in a new direction. As you may know, Elyse will be welcoming her baby boy very soon! After a few episodes more of the Instant Impact, Elyse will be taking maternity leave. Following that break, you’ll find a new brand, new message, and a new podcast to bring value to your day.

- “The Crossroads of Should and Must” by Elle Luna. There are so many pressures society puts on us, it can be crippling. We have to give ourselves permission to stop following the ‘shoulds’ and start focusing on the ‘shoulds.’
